The price depends on your town, not on a generic rate
Every administration has a different network size, infrastructure and maintenance needs. That is why the price is calculated from the service area and the chosen plan.
To prepare an accurate proposal we need the approximate size of the network, the type of infrastructure to analyse and the level of management you want to bring in.
FAQ
Questions about the Civaxis plans
Is the initial capture paid separately?
No. The initial capture is included in the Civaxis subscription. You don’t need to buy it as a separate project to use the model described.
What is the difference between Essentials and Premium?
In the pricing example for a mid-sized city, Essentials costs €34,550 a year and Premium €51,050 a year, excluding VAT. The difference is accessibility, AIlice and the CMMS, on top of everything in Essentials.
Are prices the same for every town?
No. The published figures are a reference example for a 530 km network. The fee adapts to the service area and the plan.
Who keeps ownership of the data?
The town. The information belongs to the municipality and can be exported from a standard, open PostgreSQL/PostGIS database.
How often is the recapture done?
We include a recapture every two years in the fee. The specific delivery and coverage terms are set out in the contract proposal.
Why does Enterprise cost extra?
Enterprise adds technical documentation for construction projects. In the presentation example it keeps the Premium base fee and adds 1.5% of the generated construction budget (PEM).
Do prices include VAT?
No. Reference amounts are shown excluding VAT.
What contract term do you recommend?
We recommend a two-year commitment. Final terms are set out in the sales proposal.
